Programmes

Students aged 13–18. Each programme states an age band; we keep cohorts within a tight two- or three-year range to keep peer dynamics strong.

Programmes run 2 to 4 weeks. Most families choose 2 weeks for a first-time trip; returning students often opt for 3-week leadership intensives.

Primarily during the UK summer (June–August), aligned to Indian school holidays. We also run shorter winter and Easter cohorts.

Yes — students live on campus at the host UK boarding school, in supervised boarding houses with full meals.

Each host school has a registered nurse on call and a pre-approved medical pathway. We notify parents within 30 minutes of any incident.

Logistics

Yes — the full UK visa application, document checklist, biometrics, submission and tracking are all managed by our team.

Yes. Group flights with our chaperones can be arranged from Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Individual flights are also supported.

Tier-1 medical, travel and personal liability cover is included in every programme fee.

A 30-minute discovery call, programme selection, £500 refundable deposit to secure a place, with full fees due 8 weeks before departure.

Fees

Tuition, accommodation, meals, all activities and excursions, visa support, comprehensive insurance and on-campus pastoral care.

International flights (offered as a transparent add-on), personal spending, and any optional add-on excursions outside the published itinerary.

Yes — we offer a small number of partial bursaries each year via partner Indian schools. Speak to your school’s admissions team or contact us directly.

Deposits are refundable until 12 weeks before departure. Full fees are partially refundable until 6 weeks before. Detailed terms shared at enrolment.
